Interesting. Hard to say if they are doing good by bringing attention to the issue or causing harm by giving false hope. Can you imagine if you heard your medical bills would be covered the rest of your life only to learn later that day that you would not. I understand that was not their intent, but perhaps another approach would be less hurtful, maybe not. Hard to say.
